General Terms and Conditions

These are the standard Terms and Conditions of Wickadvisor, which apply to all services and may be updated from time to time by notification in writing. Where a Quotation is executed by Wickadvisor and the Client, the Quotation together with these Conditions (together “the Agreement”) will constitute a contract between the parties. Where there is any manifest inconsistency between the provisions of these Conditions and the Quotation, the provisions of the Quotation will apply. The terms and conditions of the Agreement shall apply as between the parties in respect of the matters described in the Quotation to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions (including any terms and conditions that the Client purports to apply). Each Agreement entered into between the parties constitutes a separate distinct contract.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Please read these terms and Conditions before “Signing up” on the Quotation. By “Signing up” you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the supply of all Services offered by WICKORIGIN PTE LTD and/or its associates, related parties, successors and assigns (collectively referred to as “Wickadvisor”) to any persons (hereinafter referred to as “Client”, “you” or “your”) shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions set herein.


2.Payment Terms

2.1 Detailed information regarding our payment terms can be found here and in the quotation that we will provide to all our clients. One of our core values lies in maintaining the highest level of integrity with our employees and clients. You can rest assure that Wickadvisor will continue to support your project until it has been completed, even when full payment has been made. We value your trust in us.

2.2 Unless otherwise agreed by Wickadvisor in writing, the price for the services shall be set out in the invoice. The client shall pay Wickadvisor promptly and in full the total charge for the time allocated to fulfil the work upon the completion of the project.

2.3 Full payment is required upfront before any work is begun and payments made in installments are offered as a courtesy to the client. Any payment that are late, bounce and/ or fail will automatically result in the project being removed from the schedule and a rescheduling fee of 10% will apply to resume the project and may affect project timescales.

2.4 All payments payable to Wickadvisor under this Agreement shall become due immediately upon termination of this Agreement despite any other provision although, for the avoidance of doubt, if this Agreement is terminated prior to Wickadvisor satisfactorily completing the Web Site (as defined) Wickadvisor shall only be entitled to be paid immediately such sum as is fair and reasonable and commensurate with its efforts on a quantum merit basis.

2.5 Failure to supply required content and requested information within 14 days of Wickadvisor receiving the first payment may result in a loss of any payment(s) made and cancellation of project at the company’s discretion.


3.Copyrights and Trademarks

Wickadvisor operates under a paradigm of mutual trust and accountability


3.1 Wickadvisor only uses valid and original material in all design works. The Client may request for the originals of visual elements used as proof of validity.


3.2 The Client guarantees that they have rightful permission to use all text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks and other artworks sent to Wickadvisor for the purpose of inclusion in web pages or other collaterals. The Client agrees to indemnify Wickadvisor from any claim or suit arising from these elements supplied by the Client.


3.3 Ownership of assembled works will be transferred to the Client upon full payment of fees. Wickadvisor retains the right to showcase these elements in part, or in full as part of its portfolio.

4.Work Schedule and Completion Date

The Wickadvisor system emphasizes efficiency through clear communication. A typical website project at Wickadvisor are expected to complete within 28 days upon initialization unless otherwise stated in the quotation terms.


4.1 Wickadvisor will work expediently towards completing the project and specifications within a reasonable timeline. However, at its option, Wickadvisor may extend the due date by a period not exceeding 21 days by submitting written notice to the Client.


4.2 Wickadvisor and the client shall mutually agree on deadline dates for the company to receive all required content (including, copy, imagery, products) at the begining of the project or within 7 days once the first draft is produced.

4.2.1 Wickadvisor and the client shall mutually agree on a feedback timeframe for Wickadvisor to receive the website feedback within 1-3 working days after every amendment. Should the client provide late feedback and do not notify Wickadvisor prior to the deadline set by the feedback timeframe a late feedback fee of 10% of the project value will be applied to the project.


4.3 If the project is delayed for above 30 calendar days after or without notice from the Client, Wickadvisor has the right to terminate the project and bill the Client for the work performed. Any prior payment by the Client is non-refundable.


4.4 If the project is terminated, Wickadvisor has the right to bill the Client for the work performed. Any prior payment by the Client is non-refundable.

4.5 Any delay or non-performance of the quotation specifications beyond the reasonable control of the performing party shall not constitute a breach in contract, provided the delayed party has taken reasonable measures to notify the other party in writing.

5.Changes in Project Specifications

5.1 Should the Client desire to amend specifications after both parties have accepted the quotation, the Client is required to submit a written request detailing the desired changes.


5.2 Wickadvisor will review and submit a written response to the request within 5 working days.


5.3 The Client acknowledges that all changes from the quotation terms will result in revisions to the timeline and cost of the project.


6. Limited Liability

6.1 In no event shall Wickadvisor be held responsible for any damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue or profit in any way arising out of services performed by Wickadvisor.


6.2 Wickadvisor is not liable for any failure or delay resulting from physical impediments, national or industry-wide changes to business policies beyond the control of Wickadvisor.

7. Force Majeure

7.1 Wickadvisor reserves the right to defer the date of completion or the carrying out of Services or to cancel this Agreement (without liability to the Client) if it is prevented from or delayed in the carrying on of its business due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Wickadvisor including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labour disputes (whether or not relating to either party’s workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials provided that, if the event in question continues for a continuous period in excess of 60 days, the Customer shall be entitled to give notice to the Company to terminate this Agreement.
